Cocktail Masterclass

Step behind the bar and learn the secrets of a great cocktail from our head bartender. Over two hours you’ll shake, stir and garnish three classics, learning why each one is made the way it is.

We start with the basics: balancing sweet, sour and strong, choosing the right glass, and the difference between shaking and stirring. Then you’ll make each drink yourself, with plenty of tips on the tools and ingredients you need at home.

To finish, you’ll create a cocktail of your own and give it a name, and the best one of the night goes on our menu for a month. Snacks are served throughout, and every guest takes home a printed recipe card.
