Candle-Making Evening

Slow down for an evening and make something lovely to take home. In this relaxed, friendly class you’ll pour two hand-scented soy candles in glass jars, choosing your own scent from more than twenty fragrance oils.

Our maker will show you how to pick the right wick, melt and pour the wax at the right temperature, and blend fragrances so they smell great when lit as well as in the jar. You’ll also learn how to burn candles safely so they last longer.

Your candles need a little time to set, so we’ll wrap them up for you to collect at the end of the evening. Tea, coffee and homemade cake are included, and it’s a lovely evening out with friends or on your own.
