Sourdough Bread Workshop

Learn to bake real sourdough at home in one hands-on morning at The Corner Bakery. Our head baker will take you through every step, from feeding a starter to pulling a crackling loaf out of the oven.

You’ll mix and shape your own dough, learn how to read it as it rises, and practice scoring the top so it opens beautifully in the oven. While your loaf bakes, we’ll talk through flours, hydration and timings, and how to fit sourdough around a busy week.

Everyone goes home with the loaf they made, a jar of our 20-year-old starter, and a printed recipe and baking schedule. Classes are limited to 12 people, so there’s plenty of one-to-one help.
